Share Your Tattoo Story

We want to hear from you!

We’re looking for women who’ve had mastectomy tattoos to record video testimonials about their experience. If you’d like to submit a video, please follow the instructions below. You do not have to show your tattoo (unless you want to!). Your video may be used as part of online “bonus content” and other supplementary materials shared with screening audiences. Please note that while we appreciate all submissions, not all will be featured.

Instructions

  • Keep your videos to 3 minutes or less. Start and end with a brief pause to allow for smooth transitions.

  • Record each topic in a separate video. Don’t stress about perfection—what matters most is your genuine thoughts.

  • If others would like to contribute (such as a spouse or friend), please have them record their own individual videos.

How to Record Your Video

  • Use your phone to record (not a webcam) and hold it vertically.

  • Choose a quiet location for your recording.

  • Ensure you have good lighting, ideally by facing a window.

  • Keep the camera at eye level so you're looking straight ahead, not up or down.

Make sure the files are not compressed so we receive the highest quality version.
